Good luck Chris – the fact that they can’t even spell ‘apartments’ should boost your confidence!

Is this like parking tickets where they have to let you off if they spell the street wrong? I might be worth arguing that as ‘5102 Appartments’ does not exist, you couldn’t have damaged it!
    Good luck…

Perhaps you could apply to the council to pay you for doing their job….. ‘Welcome to Stokes Croft’, hardly vandalism is it? You could then use the tax payer’s money to cover your court costs!

Chris, Brilliant — official recognition at last for everything you’re doing for grass roots regeneration and renaissance in Stokes Croft! There’s a lovely book, ‘Blessed Unrest’ by Paul Hawken, documenting the social, economic and environmental justice. If it wasn’t for people like you the world would be an even less fair, and far less beautiful place… Respect!

Instead of a fine and criminal record (if found guilty) could the courts not suggest some sort of restoative justice, a punishment to fit the crime so to speak, for the ‘offender’ such as painting/restoring/improving neglected or criminally damaged areas of Stokes Croft? But wait! Er, that’s what PRSC have been doing for a couple of years now innit?
